Rear Screen Replacement Sections

Soft flexible plastic rear screens fitted to some tops can unfortunately suffer damage through incorrect use and degrade from the damaging effects of UV radiation from sunlight and atmospheric contaminants.

If the rear screen section in your cars soft top is discoloured, opaque, scratched, cracked or damaged, we can replace the window section, without the cost associated with a complete hood replacement.

Our replacement screen sections are manufactured in an original equipment specification 1.00mm (0.040") gauge product, are UV stabilised and are available in both clear or green tint as per original on many tops. (1.00mm used throughout except where hood design requires different).

Audi 80 - These original clear windows suffer from opacity, replaced with 1.00mm green tint to match perfectly with car body glass.

BMW E30 - Replaced with 1.00mm green tint to original specification.

BMW E36 - Replaced with 1.00mm green tint to original specification.

BMW Z3 - Replaced with 1.00mm green tint to original specification.

Ford Street Ka.

Honda S2000 (1998 - 2002) - As per original.

Mazda MX5 mk1 - Clear or green tint available - advisable to always unzip the window prior to folding top.

Mercedes SL Type 107 - Three windows, main rear and 2 rear 1/4s, originally clear. Generally replaced in clear.

Mercedes SL Type 129 - As SL type 107, option of clear or green tint.

Peugeot 205 - As standard clear, green tint available.

Peugeot 306 - Replaced with 1.00mm green tint to original specification.

Porsche Boxster 986 - Green tint 1.00mm O.E. specification.

Porsche 944 / 968 - Clear or green tint available.

Porsche 911 series 964 - Clear or green tint available.

Renault Megane - Replaced with 1.00mm green tint to original specification.

Rover MGF / MGTF - O.E. specification green tint 1.00mm. To maintain serviceability, always advisable to unzip the window prior to folding top.

Rover 214/216 - As standard clear, green tint available.

TVR Chimaera etc - due to folding requirements 0.75mm clear used.
